  M.Sc (Ag.) / MBA (Marketing / Strategies) with experience of 5 to 7 years.

• Area Marketing Manager - Pesticides / Seeds - All india locations
  M.Sc (Ag.) / MBA (Marketing / Strategies) with experience of 3 to 6 years.

• Development Officer / Manager - For all India operations.
M.Sc./ B.Sc. (Agronomy / Entomology) with experience of 3 years

• Sales Officer
B.Sc. (Ag.) / Graduate with experience of 3 years.

• Sales Trainee
B.Sc. (Ag.) / Graduates with 6-12 month experience.

Desired candidate profile for above positions
Candidates should have in depth knowledge of crop patterns, potential pockets in their respective zones. Good communication skills in respective regional languages, proficiency in computer and strong determination to achieve new heights. Candidates from agro-chemical industry would be preferred. A Marketing Manager with sole responsibility for whole of Pune/ Nasik.

Desired candidate profile:

  • 1. Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, MBA (Agri)
  • 2. 3-4 years prior experience in related field.
  • 3. Able to manage a team of Sale Executives & can lead from front.
  • 4. Can take care of Branch.
  • 5. Responsible for the expansion & development of the customers.
  • 6. A person who can easily make out the customer buying behaviour.
  • 7. Able to understand & can speak local language, i.e, “MARATHI”.
